R&B Singer THE 2010 FLAVAMEN BLATINO AWARDS® in ATL Labor Day Weekend

Raz-B, Shanell aka SnL, D-Woods and CJ Wright all to co-host awards!

MIAMI, FL (August 24, 2010) –FlavaMen® Magazine today has announced the celebrities that will co-host the second annual FlavaMen Blatino Awards®. These awards honor ethnic clubs, adult performers, and websites in a variety of categories and is administered by Flava Works. The celebrity hosts are Raz-B from the R&B boy band B2K, Shanell aka SnL from rapper Lil Wayne’s Young Money Entertainment, D. Woods formerly from the group Danity Kane and CJ Wright, straight male porn actor, director, and owner of the company CJ Wright Productions. Plus Dondria from So So Def Recordings will perform songs from her recently released album after the awards.

The 2010 FlavaMen Blatino Awards® will be held on Friday, September 3, 2010 from 9:00pm – 11pm at Club ATL @CLUB ATL (Atlanta Peach Ballroom) 3365 Buford Highway Atlanta, GA 30329-3735 with an after party from 11pm – 4am at the same venue.

Tickets to the award show are $10 online before August 31, 2010 ($20/at the door). Red Carpet VIP Tickets are $25.00 online before August 31, 2010 ($30/at the door) Red Carpet VIP Admission to the Blatino Awards includes seating on the main floor in front of the stage with the Award Nominees, photo ops with Porn Stars and Superstars, and hors d'oeuvres. Woods, Raz B, Shanell, and CJ Wright on board to celebrate the 2010 FlavaMen Blatino Awards,” said Dwight Allen O’Neal, event producer. “CJ Wright was the first celebrity to jump on board to pay honor to the individuals who work in the same arena as him and he really wants to take his hat off and salute our community’s talent.”

Award presenters include Bloggers Adam B. Irby, Drama Dupree, Sir Daniel, Newnue, and Romeo Redwine. Singers; Marck Angel & Anye Ellite; Celebrity Hair Stylist Dariel Pulliam, Safer Sex Activist Kenneth Johnson, and Publisher Rameses Fredrick.

After the awards, Dondria, who is an American R&B singer-songwriter discovered by Jermaine Dupri and currently signed to So So Def Recordings, will perform songs from her recently released album Dondria vs. Phatfffat. Dondria is taking time out of her tour as the opening act on Trey Songz & Monica’s "Passion Pain & Pleasure" Tour, to perform for the awards.

Raz B is a former member of the group B2K. With B2K Raz B found success with albums like, Pandemonium!, world tours, feature film work in movies (You Got Served), and as a breakout solo actor with LGBT hit television series Noah’s Arc. Most recently Raz B has continued his career in the music industry and has created his own production company RazBeatz Entertainment.

Shanell aka SnL from rapper Lil Wayne’s Young Money Entertainment
Shanell is a new kind of female urban/pop rock artist who has emerged on the scene – A multi-talented singer, songwriter, performer and creative visionary who is ready to set a new era in motion for female urban/pop rock. Preceded by the continued success and musical evolution of multi-platinum Grammy Award-winning artist and label mate Lil Wayne, Shanell is the female answer to the mash-ups of fun-loving rock n’ roll drums and guitar with hard-hitting hip-hop beats and a touch of sultry R&B melodies.

D. Woods formerly from the group Danity Kane
D. Woods is an American R&B singer, dancer, and actress who performed as a member of the girl group Danity Kane. On the October 14, 2008 season finale of Making the Band, it was declared that Woods was no longer a member of the group. Since her departure from Danity Kane, D. Woods has recorded several solo singles and appeared in music videos for Ludacris and Lil Wayne.
CJ Wright, is an African-American pornographic actor, director, and owner of the company CJ Wright Productions. Known as the "King of BBW", Wright specializes in directing movies with "Big Beautiful Woman." In 2009 he won the Urban X Award for Best Male Performer in a BBW Movie and the XRCO Award for New Stud.
