It was 9 years ago today, that we lost the beautiful…talented…outspoken Lisa ‘Left Eye’ Lopes in a car wreck in Honduras. May her smile, her music, her legacy be felt for years to come. The morning of her death, I was in shock. I was in disbelief. It didn’t seem real because just a few years prior, we had lost Aaliyah. To lose 2 big stars that soon, it was unreal. Both dying exactly 8 months apart. The group TLC was one of the biggest selling groups at the time of the untimely death of "Lefteye" and in my opinion left a void that will never be replaced again.
